Temples

There are many temples in Hong Kong. One of the most accessible is in "Wong Tai Sin" in Kowloon. It is just outside the subway (MTR) station named after it.

In the temple besides worshippers burning incense, there are also fortune tellers and palm readers making a living.

Another temple accessible via MTR is Tin Hau Temple on Hong Kong Island - again with the subway station named after it (Tin Hau).

"Tin Hau" literally means "sky queen", i.e. the goddess of heaven.
