One of the selling points an apartment has is the view. Many apartments
and condos in Hong Kong has but a view of the neighbors in the buildings
around. But in the Mid Levels area, many flats have a decent view.
This view is what an apartment on Bonham Road gets. But then, one
pays a bit more on rent or mortgage for it.
