I only eat one thing here – shunde fish tofu rice noodles. The fish tofu balls are soft and savoury, the rice noodles slippery, the milky fish broth light – it’s the perfect soothing treat one sometimes needs on a cold wet day. Be warned: this is seriously addictive food. There are days when nothing else will do.
